B-Savory Sauce and Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a resealable container. The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks, and it yields enough to marinate 4 blocks of tempeh or tofu, or 16 portabello caps.
