Dulce De Leche

Ingredients

• Cans of sweetened condensed milk

Directions

1. Place a wire trivet on the bottom of a large pot (you can use anything that will keep the cans off the bottom of the pot). Place cans on trivet and fill pot with water, covering cans with at least 2 inches of water.
2. Simmer pot on low heat for 5 to 7 hours.
3. Carefully remove cans using canning tongs. Let cool completely before opening.
