Korean BBQ Tofu Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
- 4 oz tofu marinated in B-Savory Sauce
- 1/4 cup Korean Tahini BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups mixed baby greens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots or beets
- 1/2 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut or kimchi
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- sesame or hemp seeds
Directions
Warm the grains, tofu, and sauce and transfer to a bowl. Top with the remaining ingredients.
